About
BAI Communications announced in March 2023 that it was bringing BAI Communications, Mobilitie, Signal Point Systems, Transit Wireless, Vilicom and ZenFi Networks together as Boldyn Networks, operating under the new name from the end of June 2023 with close to 700 staff across the US, UK, Ireland, Italy, Hong Kong and Canada. Its business is neutral host: building the shared fibre, small cells and distributed antenna systems that carriers, transit agencies, stadiums and campuses use rather than each building their own. In Canada that includes the Toronto subway's Wi-Fi and cellular network, built under BAI Canada. Boldyn is backed by CPP Investments.
