JLABS @ Toronto

JLABS @ Toronto is Johnson & Johnson Innovation's life-sciences and healthcare incubator, opened in 2016 on the 13th floor of the MaRS West Tower in Toronto — J&J's first JLABS site outside the United States. It offers lab and office space, equipment, programming and investor access on a no-strings-attached basis.

No longer operating — Johnson & Johnson ended its JLABS programme in Toronto in 2025, nine years after opening inside MaRS, as part of a wider wind-down that also closed the Houston and Washington sites. The University of Toronto has since brought in BioLabs to run the space.
