Founded in Toronto in 2021 by Jacqueline Good, Magnestar builds software to manage radio-frequency spectrum for satellites, mapping and monitoring Earth-to-space communications to predict interference and speed coordination. The company came through Entrepreneur First and Creative Destruction Lab's space stream, was the first Canadian company to win the SATELLITE startup award, and has expanded into providing spectrum data as a service.
