About
Kohulen Mahan took the RetailTO stage in January 2019, then at PepsiCo Beverages Canada, to talk about the future of e-commerce and grocery in Canada and the parts of the industry that make change slow: shelf economics, distribution built for physical stores, and a category where the customer decides in seconds. He has since moved to Salesforce, where he covers retail and consumer goods. PepsiCo Beverages Canada is the beverage half of PepsiCo's Canadian business, running six manufacturing facilities nationwide and bottling Pepsi, 7UP, Gatorade and bubly; the foods half is Frito-Lay Canada and Quaker. PepsiCo says its Canadian operation employs about 11,000 people.
