About
Perkopolis has been in the employee-perks business since 1999, long enough that its scale is now the story: more than 5,000 client organizations and over two million members across Canada, reached through deals with retailers, hospitality brands and service providers. Members get discounts, event tickets, attractions, travel and insurance products they cannot buy at those prices individually. In 2025 the company was sold to PerkSpot, the American employee-discount platform owned by Susquehanna Growth Equity, which serves roughly 14 million U.S. employees; the two were put together to cover both sides of the border. Founder Morgan Marlowe built it; Garret Kowalyshyn, who took the TechTO stage in 2020 for the product-sampling startup Sampler, works there now.
Backers
Privately held from 1999 until the 2025 sale to PerkSpot, which is owned by Susquehanna Growth Equity. No venture rounds are on the public record.
