About
Bob Rennie built the firm that carries his name into the marketing arm behind much of Vancouver's skyline, from One Wall Centre and the Fairmont Pacific Rim to the Shangri-La and the 2010 Olympic Village. The company now runs three divisions — brokerage, developer services and advisory — around a research practice with its own chief economist, and describes itself as working at the intersection of real estate, data and community. Kris Rennie is chief executive and Greg Zayadi president; Bob Rennie remains founder. It is headquartered on West 1st Avenue in Vancouver, serves markets across British Columbia, and has extended into US markets including Palm Springs.
