About
RL Solutions sold into a market where the product only works if staff trust it: incident reporting fails when people expect blame rather than learning. Malaviya built the company around that, and made the argument on TechTO's HealthTO stage in April 2018. Three months later RL Solutions and Datix announced they were joining forces, creating a company of more than 300 staff with over 3,000 clients across 19 countries. Datix CEO Seyed Mortazavi led the combined business, RLDatix; Malaviya became chairman of its board.
