Founder Bobbie Racette built the company around inclusive hiring, prioritizing Indigenous people, people with disabilities and other marginalized workers, and paying a fair wage. The company raised an $8.4M CAD Series A and has paid out more than $15M in wages. In November 2025 it sold its virtual-assistant division to US-based Zirtual.
