Alex Mihailidis is a University of Toronto professor and rehabilitation engineer who researches technology for older adults. He co-founded Braze Mobility, the Toronto maker of add-on blind spot sensors for wheelchairs, with Dr. Pooja Viswanathan. As of July 2025 he was U of T's Associate Vice-President, International Partnerships, and Scientific Director of the AGE-WELL network.
