Figure 1 was made with this idea of privacy and security in mind, such that every tool that we've built for the image upload process helps to de-identify the patient, and then we have a moderation team that looks at every image before it goes up onto the app.
The privacy legislation in Canada and in the US was written way back when there were only paper files, and we're trying to adapt this legislation to the economy that we're living in today, to the digital space — and it's not easy.
