Part of my role at SE Health is to lead the digital transformation — from the vision and strategy all the way to execution — working across internal and external stakeholders to enable the 20,000-plus exchanges that we deliver across homes in Canada.
The majority of our services are done in a home care setting, and with practising social distancing you can imagine that we have to provide the care — if your personal support worker is showing up in your house to bathe you, there is touch involved in it.
