Quick answers

Did Blayne Kumar co-found Immitracker?

Yes. Immitracker's own about page (immitracker.app/about, read 2026-10-23) lists two people under "Meet the Team": Nino Melikidze, "CO-FOUNDER & CEO", and Blayne Kumar, "CO-FOUNDER & CSO". His entry calls him "the founder and CEO of Bright Immigration" and "a licensed immigration consultant". The same page says the tracker platform "was originally created by an immigrant in Australia" and built by its user community before the Toronto team took it on, so the co-founder title refers to the Toronto company, Immitracker Inc.

What is Blayne Kumar's role today?

Two roles, both confirmed on pages read 2026-10-23. Immitracker's about page lists him as "CO-FOUNDER & CSO" (chief strategy officer). Bright Immigration's own team page (brightimmigration.com/our-team) lists him first with the title "CEO" and describes him as "founder and CEO of Bright Immigration". Neither page gives a start date for either role.

Is Blayne Kumar a licensed immigration consultant?

Yes. Both Immitracker's about page and Bright Immigration's team page (read 2026-10-23) call him "a licensed immigration consultant". The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants' public register (register.college-ic.ca, searched 2026-10-23) returns one match for his name: College ID R518803, Blayne Kumar, Bright Immigration Inc., Canada, licence type "RCIC - L2", Entitled to Practise "Yes". Bright Immigration's about page says the firm is "a full-service Canadian immigration firm based out of Toronto, Canada" and that its representatives are licensed by the CICC or the Law Society of Ontario. Its team page also says he founded an immigration technology company it calls Immproved and a charity, Brighter Together; neither was verified from its own site.

Has Blayne Kumar spoken at TechTO?

No. Immitracker has not taken a TechTO, TechVancouver or TechWaterloo stage. Co-founder and CEO Nino Melikidze is in this directory for her December 2018 TechVancouver demo of her earlier company, Delfy, not for Immitracker. Kumar has appeared on an outside podcast: Success Leaves Clues with Robin Bailey and Al McDonald (episode 220, published 2024-11-29) introduced him as "the founder & CEO of Bright Immigration, a full-service Canadian immigration firm".
