tell you that it's completely normal and it's okay to admit when you're failing or when you're not doing you don't feel like you're doing good enough
before I almost didn't even do breather because I was so nervous I was going to fail that was actually what was happening I was having horrible anxiety at the beginning of the company because I was worried I wasn't gonna do a good enough job

Co-founder of Breather, the Montreal on-demand workspace company she started with Julien Smith in 2012. She left in 2017 and went on to advise startups and found Hotline, an invite-only community for women in the startup industry.
