People like myself — I actually had anxiety, and this platform is the outcome of my own personal need for therapy.
Once they get to realization, it's the loneliest part of a customer's journey, because it's the time they realize they have a problem. And it's our job to make those vulnerable customers feel welcomed.
If we look at how many people search for online counselling and land on our page, and how many of them sign up — less than 20% of them sign up. So that's 80% of people who are still in denial.
