When did he become COO?
Music Business Worldwide, dated 2024-10-07 and checked 2026-09-20, reported that "MNRK Music Group has promoted Chris Moncada to Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately."
What did he run before that?
The same Music Business Worldwide report, checked 2026-09-20, says he "joined the company in 2015 as GM of MNRK label imprint Last Gang". FYIMusicNews, dated 2018-11-21, identifies him as "General Manager, eOne Music Canada" — the name MNRK carried at the time of his May 2019 TechTO panel.
Where is he based?
Toronto. MNRK's leadership page, checked 2026-09-20, says he was born and raised in Toronto, and Music Business Worldwide (2024-10-07) says he is based there while working across MNRK's New York, Nashville, Toronto and UK offices.
