Colin Harris came back to Vancouver around 1990 to start PMC-Sierra, the semiconductor company that became one of the most valuable in Canada during the internet boom, and was its CEO from 2005 to 2015. He is now a founding partner of Creative Destruction Lab's Vancouver site and an active angel investor.
