Who is Deepak Ramachandran?
He is one of three co-founders of FundThrough, the invoice-funding company. FundThrough's company page lists him under "Meet the Founders" as Co-Founder & CTO, and the University of Toronto's Rotman School startup mentor directory (October 2024) lists him as Founder & CTO, FundThrough.
Is he still FundThrough's CTO?
FundThrough's sources disagree. Its company page still lists him as Co-Founder & CTO as of September 2026, but the November 24, 2025 episode of its Cash Flow & Tell podcast describes him as president. No current title is published here until FundThrough settles it.
Who founded FundThrough, and when?
FundThrough's company page says "We created FundThrough in 2014" and names Steven Uster, Deepak Ramachandran and Graham McBride as founders. On the November 2025 podcast episode, Uster said he started the company "with Deepak as my partner" and that they had been running it for about 11 years.
What advice has he given business owners on finance hires?
On FundThrough's Cash Flow & Tell episode about when to hire a CFO (November 2025), he said the first finance people most owners hire are bookkeepers, usually to handle taxes and filings. He named cash and taxes as the two biggest problems the company had seen among clients.
