Dhan Balachand (Dhanushan Balachandreswaran) founded Sulon Technologies, a Markham, Ontario mixed-reality startup, in 2012 and served as its CEO. Sulon built the Cortex headset and, with AMD, the Sulon Q — an early tether-free AR/VR device — before winding down. He presented at TechTO in 2017 on the future of mixed reality.
