Toronto Metropolitan University's news site reported on May 5, 2017 that GIMME360 was created by Lucas Bruno with co-founders Josiah Crombie and Daniel Bokun, and a Techvibes article of March 22, 2016 (now hosted by BrainStation) quotes Crombie as the company's co-founder. The Eyeopener, TMU's student newspaper, also named Crombie among the founders on November 22, 2016.
