Who is Katy Yam?
A partner at Real Ventures and the general manager of FounderFuel, the accelerator Real Ventures launched in 2011. She has run it since 2020 and led its 2023 relaunch as a national program with Panache Ventures and Inovia Capital.

A Montréal accelerator founded by Real Ventures in 2011. It has graduated more than 100 companies across 13 cohorts, including BenchSci, Paper, Sonder and Unsplash, and relaunched in 2023 with three Canadian funds investing $120,000 CAD in each company.
