In their words
It's important to understand pains that are temporary so that you don't dwell on them too much you don't invest your time or resource into solving them to a huge extent because these are things that you'll grow out of.
If you're not honest with yourself it's really difficult for you to lead a team properly and encourage them to be honest with you.
Once you reach a certain stage it no longer just becomes about you it's about what you're doing for your team and for your clients.

Quick answers
What did Second Closet become?
GoBolt. The consumer storage service kept running into the limits of third-party couriers, so Ang and co-founder Heindrik Bernabe rebuilt the company as a tech-led logistics provider handling its own warehousing and delivery.
How big was Second Closet when Mark Ang spoke at TechTO?
Fourteen months old, a team of about 35, and $2.5 million in seed funding, he told the July 2018 TechTO stage.
What was his talk about?
Sequencing — knowing which problems to solve when. He separated temporary growing pains, like hiring gaps and lost work-life balance, from the problems that don't go away on their own: no product-market fit, wrong price, no vision.
