We were working with a large pediatric clinic analyzing their comms data, and the old-school language models that nobody uses anymore basically made that impossible. Six months later large language models came to surface, and a whole new product category emerged.

What changed when large language models arrived?
The product category did. He told TechTO that work analysing a large paediatric clinic's communications data was impossible with the older language models, and that cluster analysis they could not previously run became available about six months later when LLMs became usable.
