Yes, and the title holds today. Strategy's launch story of May 11, 2022 described the agency as led by co-founders and CCOs Dhaval Bhatt and Joel Holtby "alongside president and partner Niki Sahni". Strategy still quoted her as "partner and president at Courage" on November 18, 2025, and her page on courageinc.com gives the title as Partner & Global President (checked 2026-09-21).
What is Courage?
A Toronto independent creative agency launched in May 2022 by senior staff who had left Rethink the month before.
