When I first tell you the word digital transformation — it sucks. As a journalist I'm telling you, it sucks. It means nothing.
You're either asking yourself, do I want to digitally transform myself and get onto a level playing field with all these other companies, or have I already become digitally transformed and now provide the tools necessary for these companies?
