Dan Park is CEO. The Globe and Mail's March 2021 story says BrandProject chief executive Andrew Black recruited Park in 2019. Park and Seibel appeared together on The BetaKit Podcast in April 2025 to discuss the company's path through the pandemic, the end of cheap capital and US tariffs.

In a July 2025 BetaKit interview, Seibel said Clutch had passed $1 billion CAD in total vehicles purchased, and that after nine years to reach the first billion it would take less than 12 months to reach the second. He credited investment in machine-learning pricing, marketing and new markets, including Vancouver, where Clutch launched that March.
