A co-founder of Flexpa. LawNext reported on March 19, 2021 that he joined Andrew Arruda (CEO) and Joshua Kelly (CTO) as co-founder and COO of Automate Medical, the company that became Flexpa. Flexpa's own founders page, last edited in July 2023, also lists him as COO.

Flexpa's founders page (last edited July 2023) says he was employee #1 and VP of strategy and operations at ROSS Intelligence (YC S15), where he led operations, customer success, sales and marketing, and before that a regulatory and commercial lawyer at Dentons. LawNext interviewed him in that ROSS role in April 2018.

Pear Healthcare Playbook reported in September 2022 that Andrew Arruda lived with Josh Kelly and Tom Hamilton in college, and that Hamilton was employee #1 at Arruda's previous startup, which Flexpa's founders page identifies as ROSS Intelligence.
