Zack Fisch Rothbart co-founded Dash MD in Toronto with Cory Blumenfeld after a post-surgery complication nearly cost him a leg, building an app that put hospital discharge instructions on a patient's phone instead of a paper handout. Renamed CoHealth in September 2018, it reached 30 Canadian hospitals and was acquired by ACTO in October 2020.
