About
BeckerLeadership works on the part of a tech company that does not show up in the roadmap: whether the leadership team can actually make decisions together. The practice runs one-on-one executive coaching in six-month engagements, team coaching over three months or more, leadership offsites, and a Connected Leader development program, alongside workshops on leadership, emotional intelligence, OKRs and delivery process.
Nataliya Becker founded it. She is an ICF-certified coach and master facilitator, also certified in Everything DiSC and as an ICP-ATF agile team facilitator, with training in positive psychology and neuroscience. Before coaching full time she was a senior product manager at League and led product, analytics and business-analysis teams at a large bank — the sequence matters to the offer, since the clients are usually leaders who came up the same way.
