About

Brave Coaching & Consulting is a solo practice. Verdeja-Woodson, a certified mindset transformation coach who is also a massage therapist and a stretch and breath coach, works with high-performing men through what the site calls "the BRAVE Framework — a structured methodology built for men who value process, not platitudes". The register is deliberate: "You don't have to perform here. This is a structured, confidential space built for clarity — not comfort theater," and "Men come to me when they're ready to stop managing symptoms and start making moves." The site says the approach blends research with practice, using Expectancy-Value Theory to strengthen a client's belief in their own capacity to change, through an identity-aware lens. Verdeja-Woodson holds a doctorate in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California and spent more than a decade in organizational culture and talent development at Pixar, Google, Headspace and Zillow — he was a diversity business partner at Google Cloud, arriving through the Looker acquisition, when he joined TechTO's June 2020 panel.
