About
Collage was built to make buying and administering Canadian group benefits digital, then wrapped that in a broader HR information system covering payroll and people management. Elijah Moore told the FinTechTO audience in December 2016 that the company had incorporated on 1 February that year, taken a term sheet in April and closed its seed round in May, with Power Financial as a partner; a $5M seed led by Diagram was announced in February 2017. People Corporation acquired Collage Technologies Inc. in November 2019 on undisclosed terms. The product continues under that ownership, and co-founder Steven Hanna still leads its technology.
