About
Crescendo grew out of three founders who had each left a job over workplace discrimination and met through the Next 36 selection process. Rather than run one-off training days, it delivered short lessons where people already worked — Slack, then Microsoft Teams — and reported back on how an organisation was progressing. The company went through Techstars Montreal AI and raised roughly $640K. Co-founder and CTO Sage Franch took the TechTO stage in June 2019 to talk about what building it cost and taught her. The product is no longer operating and crescendowork.com no longer resolves.
