Diversio combines employee survey data, predictive analytics, training and consulting. Its customers are employers and the investors who hold them, and the product exists to close the gap between wanting an inclusive workplace and knowing which specific thing to fix. Co-founder and CEO Laura McGee talked through the approach at TechTO Together in March 2023.
