About
Finaeo, founded in 2016 by Aly Dhalla and Donald Chu, built a specialized CRM, digital toolkit and chatbot ('Domo') to create a 'bionic advisor', aiming to become the digital fabric of life-insurance distribution. It raised about C$6M across a 2017 seed led by Impression Ventures and a 2019 extension led by Luge Capital. It has since wound down, with no fundraising after 2019.
