About

Founded in 2016 by Ryan Groom and Duncan McSporran, Kognitiv Spark built RemoteSpark for the case where the person who can fix the machine is on another continent. A worker wearing a headset gets a live low-bandwidth video link, with manuals and 3D animations placed in their line of sight and their hands free to work. Groom's 2018 TechTO example was a plant in Chile, equipment built in Iceland and a head office in Atlantic Canada. The company works with industrial and defence customers and has offices in the UK and US.
