What is RemoteSpark?
Kognitiv Spark's hands-free mixed-reality support tool. A worker wearing a headset gets a live low-bandwidth video link to a remote expert, plus documents and 3D models in their line of sight.
What problem does it solve?
Groom's TechTO example: equipment breaks in a remote plant, and the fix normally means flying engineers in from two countries. With a headset the expert diagnoses it on the spot.
