About

Qualifacts has sold behavioural health EHR software for more than twenty years and reaches over 2,500 mental health and rehabilitative agencies in the United States. Its Canadian tie is OnCall Health, the Toronto telehealth and patient engagement company Nicholas Chepesiuk founded in 2016; Qualifacts announced the acquisition on 1 November 2022, adding a modern telehealth experience and client portal to a product line built around clinical workflow. Chepesiuk said at the time that the two companies' values and their focus on the behavioural health market lined up. He is now Qualifacts' VP of virtual care and innovation, and had presented OnCall Health's five hardest lessons at TechTO HealthTO in June 2018. The company is backed by Warburg Pincus.
