RAD Intel

RAD Intel is a Los Angeles AI company whose models read audience language to decide which creative and which influencers will actually perform, then point spend at them. It bought the Toronto content-AI firm Atomic Reach in 2021, runs several brands off one intelligence layer, and says it has raised $88M.

About

RAD Intel sells a judgement call that marketing usually makes on instinct: which piece of creative, and which creator, will move a particular audience. Its own description of the machinery is that its "proprietary AI ingests billions of data points, identifies the signals that matter, and turns them into precise actions." The company now describes itself as a holding company rather than a single product — five brands, including RAD Amplify, Lickly and AVC, plugged into one shared decision layer that its CEO calls "one intelligence layer" that gets smarter with each acquisition.

The Canadian thread runs through Atomic Reach. Bradley Silver founded that Toronto company in 2012 to help enterprise marketers scale content, and its research into content performance and audience language became, in RAD Intel's telling, "the engine for RAD's proprietary machine-learning models that now power its 'creative intelligence' platform." RAD Intel acquired Atomic Reach in 2021 and Silver stayed on; he is now Co-Founder & President and still based in Ontario.

The company is unusual in how it has funded itself. Rather than a conventional venture round, it has run public offerings open to retail investors — its 2024 Regulation CF offering memorandum was filed with the SEC as Rad Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 1501 Lincoln Blvd in Venice, California. Its site reports $88M raised from more than 30,000 investors and says it has reserved the Nasdaq ticker $RADI.

Backers

No lead venture investor is named on the company's site. RAD Intel has raised through public offerings open to retail investors — its 2024 Regulation CF offering was filed with the SEC as Rad Technologies, Inc. — and reports $88M raised from 30,000+ investors, with the Nasdaq ticker $RADI reserved. A reserved ticker is not a listing.

Quick answers

What does RAD Intel do?

It uses AI to predict which creative and which influencers will work for a specific audience, and directs marketing spend accordingly. It now operates as a holding company, with several brands sharing one AI decision layer.

What is the Canadian connection?

Bradley Silver founded Atomic Reach in Toronto in 2012 to help enterprise marketers scale content. RAD Intel acquired it in 2021 and built its machine-learning models on that work. Silver is Co-Founder & President and remains based in Ontario.

How is it funded?

Through public offerings open to retail investors rather than a conventional venture round. Its 2024 Regulation CF offering memorandum was filed with the SEC as Rad Technologies, Inc., and the company reports $88M raised from more than 30,000 investors.

Is RAD Intel publicly traded?

No. Its site says the Nasdaq ticker $RADI is reserved. Reserving a ticker is not the same as being listed, and no listing date is published.
