About

Scalar Decisions sold infrastructure, cloud and security services to Canadian enterprises and public-sector bodies, with offices in Montreal, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Victoria alongside its Toronto base. Senior cybersecurity consultant Anthony Galfo took the HealthTO stage in June 2018 to walk a healthcare audience through information privacy law, cloud service models and the risks of migrating personal health information off-premise, closing with the firm's own Canada-focused security study. CDW announced its agreement to buy the company in late 2018 — BetaKit reported the price at $188 million against roughly $250 million CAD in trailing twelve-month sales — and CDW Canada confirmed the deal had closed on 1 February 2019. The business now trades as CDW Canada.
