About
Surge ERP Consulting is a small partner-led practice built around ERP projects that have to land: selection, implementation, and the rescues that follow when neither went well. Its own site sets out the services as project rescues, vendor selection, project management, project reviews, change management and system implementations, and describes a team that has worked with SAP, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards alongside Workday, ADP and Workforce, in sectors from pharmaceuticals to financial services to retail. The stated position is plain: "We believe in telling the truth and doing the right thing." Co-founder Tanya Lindsay is a P.Eng and PMP who has been running projects since 1997; her partner Dino Nosella has worked in IT since 1986. Lindsay took the TechTO stage in March 2023, but for the partners' other venture, Surge Distributed Protocols.
