About

Darshan Kaler and Dmitry Khrisanov founded Tradable Bits in Vancouver in 2010, after Kaler wrapped up his work on the Vancouver Winter Olympics. It began as a free social media experiment that reached 24.5 million monthly active users in its first year before the founders realised it could be a business. The company now sells fan engagement, fan analytics, advertising and messaging products to live events, sports, labels and sponsorship clients, framing its work as acquire, analyse, activate. It has never announced a funding round. Recent work includes multi-year partnerships with Liga MX clubs and selection by 17 Australian Football League clubs for the 2025 season.
