About

Typescouts screens and interviews remote candidates — many in Latin America — and matches them to startups that would otherwise post ads and read résumés themselves. Founder Tim Sherstyuk came to it from GBatteries, the fast-charging battery company he co-founded that went through Y Combinator in winter 2014. He spoke at TechTO in December 2024 about what happens in the gap between failure and success.
