About
Pavla Bobosikova founded WFHomie in 2020, when the sudden shift to distributed work created datasets nobody had before about how remote teams actually behave. The product covered employee engagement, culture-building and workplace experience for remote-first and hybrid companies. In February 2023, GoCo — a Houston HR management platform — acquired it, with the WFHomie team joining to build engagement and data-driven workplace products inside GoCo.
