Who is Andrée Carpentier?
A co-founder of 7shifts, the restaurant scheduling software company based in Saskatoon. The Globe and Mail reported in January 2019 that 7shifts was officially founded in 2014 by Jordan Boesch, his wife Andrée Carpentier and Johannes Lindenbaum, and named her as its vice-president of product at the time. Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership's ThinkSask profile says Boesch started working on the idea in 2013 to help his father manage staff at sandwich shops in Regina, then recruited two co-founders: Carpentier and his friend Lindenbaum. In 2014 the three were accepted into an accelerator in Silicon Valley, quit their jobs, moved to California for six months and raised $200,000 in seed funding before moving the company to Saskatoon.

Radio-Canada interviewed her in January 2019, when 7shifts announced US$10 million in new investment. She said the money would help the company grow its team in Saskatchewan and at its Toronto office.
