Who is Blaine Bertsch?
The co-founder and CEO of Dryrun in Edmonton. He holds a Master of Design and ran a creative agency before starting Dryrun in 2016; he also wrote Pandemic Cash Flow and hosts a podcast interviewing founders, now running as FounderArc.
What does Dryrun do?
It forecasts cash flow and models financial scenarios for the office of the CFO and for accounting firms — weekly insight panels, action lists and risk analysis — so advisors can tell a client how long they can stay afloat and what a decision would do to the runway.
What did Blaine Bertsch present at TechTO?
He demoed Dryrun at the Intuit Prosperity Accelerator Demo Day on the TechTO stage in March 2021, pitching business advisory as the accounting profession's answer to automation and showing the insights panel the company built inside the accelerator.
