Who is Bryan Webb?
He is one of four University of Waterloo mechatronics engineering graduates who started Clearpath Robotics in Kitchener in 2009, with Matt Rendall, Ryan Gariepy and Pat Martinson (University of Waterloo Engineering news, 2026-07-20). He designed the electrical system for the Husky robot, then moved from engineering to finance and general operations about a year in, serving at times as Clearpath's CFO, COO and a board member.
