I did something really different about a year ago, which is instead of working 150 hours building startups and running divisions of big companies, I just stopped. The reason I wanted to stop was because the world was changing so quickly around us and I had FOMO.
You can't have unbridled optimism without grounded facts. So if you want to actually make a difference for your future, lean in, get curious about the things that are going to be the future. And it takes a lot of courage.
Truly realizing that we are shaping the future of the world with these technologies — with that comes incredibly big responsibility and impact. You've got to take ownership of that.
