Leaman said on the TechTO stage on 2022-11-21 that she had raised US$22M over eight and a half years and still had US$20M of it in the bank when Axonify sold a majority stake to Luminate Capital — at roughly US$43M in ARR. Stage figures, dated.
Why did Axonify acquire Nudge?
Axonify announced the Nudge acquisition in June 2022 to add employee communication to its training platform. Nudge co-founder and CEO Lindsey Goodchild joined Axonify as chief strategy officer, and the two discussed the deal together on the TechTO stage that November.
