app didn't work out so well because most professionals aren't one thing they're several things
in order to evolve Word of Mouth we need to make give that possibility for sharing cuz word of mouth is always 2 months too late

Quick answers
What was FHMatch?
A Toronto marketplace for fitness, health and wellness professionals. Consumers could search, compare and book practitioners; practitioners got an optimised profile, messaging, scheduling and payments. It launched in November 2015 and is no longer operating.
Why did FHMatch start as an app and become a platform?
Quenneville told TechTO the app failed because practitioners are rarely one thing. A personal trainer is also a health coach and a nutritionist selling books, so the product had to be a web platform that made them findable rather than a single-purpose app.
