Auto Remarketing's 3 October 2017 report on KAR Auction Services buying the remaining interest in TradeRev says the company was launched by CEO Mark Endras "along with co-founders Wade Chia, Jae Pak and James Tani", all of whom kept leadership roles. Auto Remarketing Canada (2022-04-19) says Tani "co-founded TradeRev in Canada in 2011 with Endras, Wade Chia and Jae Pak, after 15 years of working in both retail and wholesale automotive."
