Dr. Jeffrey Alfonsi co-founded RxFood, the Toronto company — formerly Inner Analytics — whose app reads photographs of meals to work out what someone ate and turns that into clinical nutrition therapy. He is a physician and a University of Waterloo systems design engineering graduate, and its first product launched with SickKids in 2015.
